Project Module: Smart Occupancy & Space Utilization

Objective: Analyze real-time and historical occupancy data to optimize space utilization, improve occupant experience, and inform workplace design and scheduling decisions.


My Role: Data Analyst Lead

    • Data Orchestration: Built ingestion pipelines for thousands of occupancy sensors, ensuring a clean and reliable data stream.
    • Data Transformation: Converted raw sensor pings into actionable insights—daily occupancy %, peak usage, and departmental patterns.
    • Dashboard Development: Designed the Occupancy Report with temporal heatmaps, treemaps, and other complex visualizations to make dense data intuitive.
